The Scheme comprises of the redevelopment of general industrial land for a mixed use scheme with up to 120 new dwellings with a mixture of 3 and 4 bed houses and 1 and 2 bed apartments, offices and light industrial, retail, financial and professional services, and café with associated roadways, parking and flood defence wall.
