About Project
This city centre build by PMC has introduced over 100 high-quality new homes to East Street, Southampton, which is part of the historic Old Town district.
Built over 14 floors, this project consisted of 132 one and two bedroom apartments and included a ground floor car park, rooftop amenity area, gym, communal lounge and two commercial units. All apartments have either projecting, recessed or Juliet balconies included.
