About Project

Goldsmith Avenue, a development of 70-apartments situated alongside Fratton train station, has been completed by PMC to its usual high standards.

Of the 70 dwellings, 14 have been earmarked for the affordable shared ownership scheme, with the other 56 available for affordable rent.  The apartments are a mixture of one, two and three bedrooms, with two apartments having been designed for wheelchair-users.

Based within a central location on the edge of the ever-popular Southsea area, this project was awarded the Regeneration Project of the Year at The South Coast Property Awards.
